Cylindrical head with internal hex socket drive. High torque transmission for machinery and precision assemblies. DIN 912 standard. Available in SS 202, SS 304 and SS 316 grades.
Form threads in pre-drilled holes. Available in pan head and countersunk configurations with Phillips or slotted drives. Used in sheet metal and plastic. Learn about drive types.
For use with tapped holes or nuts. Available in pan head, countersunk and cheese head configurations. Phillips and slotted drives. DIN 7985, DIN 965, DIN 84 and DIN 963 standards.
Flush installation profile. Available in both machine screw and self-tapping configurations. DIN 7991, DIN 965, DIN 7982 and DIN 963 standards.
Most commonly specified grade. 18% chromium, 8% nickel. Good corrosion resistance for general industrial use. Available across most screw types. Not recommended for chloride-rich or marine environments.
Contains molybdenum for enhanced pitting and crevice corrosion resistance. Preferred for chloride-rich, coastal and chemical environments. Available for socket head cap and other screw types.
Lower-nickel, higher-manganese austenitic grade. Cost-sensitive alternative for mild environmental conditions. Not recommended for harsh or chloride-rich environments.
Detailed grade comparison is available. Confirm operating environment and engineering requirements before selecting. Contact sales team for grade guidance.
DIN 912 (cylindrical head), DIN 7991 (countersunk socket). Both use hexagon socket drive. For detailed DIN specifications, refer to our DIN standards guide.
DIN 7981 (pan head), DIN 7982 (countersunk) with Phillips drive. DIN 7971 and DIN 7972 provide slotted drive alternatives. All form threads in pre-drilled holes.
DIN 7985 (pan head), DIN 965 (countersunk), DIN 84 (cheese head) with Phillips or slotted drive. DIN 963 provides countersunk with slotted drive.
Phillips cross recess for improved torque transmission. Slotted drive for traditional applications. Hexagon socket (Allen) for high-torque applications. Learn more about drive types.

View Bulk Supplier PageStart by identifying whether you need a machine screw (for tapped holes or nuts) or self-tapping screw (for pre-drilled holes). Then select the head profile (pan head, countersunk, cheese head or socket head) based on installation requirements. Finally, choose the appropriate grade based on environmental conditions.
Provide the screw type, DIN or ISO standard, diameter, length, material grade, quantity and delivery timeline. Refer to individual product pages for documented size ranges. Include any special requirements such as certification or packaging.
Documented diameter and length ranges are listed for each product. For requirements outside documented ranges, contact the Accurate Fastners sales team to discuss availability and lead times. Custom sizes may be subject to minimum order quantities.
SS 316 is preferred for outdoor applications exposed to chloride, salt or coastal conditions. SS 304 may be suitable for protected outdoor applications with limited environmental exposure. Confirm with your engineering team before selection.
